Paying your Bill

We have several options to pay your ambulance bill. Once the payment is received in full, we will mail your official receipt to you. The official receipt is used to get reimbursed by your insurance provider.

Internet Banking

Internet banking payments can be made through most major Canadian banks (see list below). If you already use your bank's online banking services, simply link to your bank and log in. You need to add Ambulance New Brunswick as a payee.

When prompted to key in the account number please use the invoice number indicated on the invoice. If you do not currently do your banking online, please speak with a representative at the bank about registering for this service.

*If your bank is not listed, they do not have electronic banking privileges with us.

Payable to "Ambulance New Brunswick" - along with the stub portion of the invoice. Note: Please do not mail cash.

Credit Card (by phone or mail)

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment can be made by completing the stub portion of your invoice, entering your credit card information and mailing it to our office or by calling us toll-free at 1-888-657-3222 or 506-872-6554. When calling our office please have invoice in hand for reference.

Cash or Debit (in person)

**In light of the current situation with COVID-19, effective immediately and until further notice, we will no longer accept in-person payment of ambulance invoices at our 210 John St. office in Moncton. The safety of our employees as well as the public is our main priority. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.**
